1. Ensure that you are using the correct email address that you used to register with SOLUS. SOLUS will not send a Password Reset to an email address that it does not have on file.
2. Check the junkmail/spam folder in your email program. The Password Reset email will come from email@example.com
3. If still not resolved, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org describing the issue and what you have tried.
